Peter was very accommodating from the initial contact and this continued right through the process. He explained fully the various survey options, costs, time scales and the turnaround time for the report. The estate agents Peter had to deal with were not locally based and were very difficult to deal with but Peter dealt with the problems they caused very professionally. I received feedback verbally the day after the survey was undertaken followed by a thorough written report within a couple of days. Peter identified issues I hadn’t considered and was very helpful when I telephoned him again for further information. Peter definitely has his clients interests at heart and I thought the service was good value for money. Would highly recommend.
