I recently had a level 2 survey carried out by Bennett Morgan. It was extremely easy to book and track progress using the online tools.

Following completion of the survey I received an email setting expectations for the report, saying it may take a few days to complete, so was delighted to receive a link to my completed survey documents the following afternoon. Knowing that other surveyors are taking up to three weeks to provide reports, this level of service was exceptional.

I was incredibly happy to find a surveyor that I could organise exclusively online with access to messaging and tracking tools. The survey date was booked promptly and when the survey was complete we received the report quickly. The report was detailed and will be incredibly helpful when it comes to investigating any further issues.

Seamless process, and received a thorough survey faster than expected

I don’t normally provide reviews but Bennet Morgan Chartered Surveyors ‘know their business’ and they know what to look for when surveying a property. Their customer service is exceptional and the entire process from requesting a survey through the report was seamless. The level 2 survey report is detailed but very well explained for a lay person and the colour coding of issues is excellent. The report identified several issues with the property that we were keen to purchase but based on the findings in the report we immediately withdrew our offer. Money well spent as we avoided spending a fortune on major structural repairs, on top of the cost of purchasing the property.

Completed the survey when they said, and provided a detailed report earlier than expected.
