This is the second survey we had conducted on another house we had our sights on. The survey was comprehensive and highlighted all the problems with the property. As a result, we withdrew our original offer and wished to renegotiate. However, the sellers failed to negotiate but still wished us to send them the full details of the survey. We are still on the hunt for our next property and Bennett Morgan will be employed yet again.

Peter was wonderful. His knowledge, expertise and communication is first rate. The survey highlighted multiple issues with the property, which then allowed me to make an informed, and ultimately the correct decision not to buy the property. I have since had an offer accepted on another, safer property which I will be asking Peter to survey. Excellent service.

I can not recommend him enough! He was very clear fast and detailed we chose level 2 and he also recommended us the correct survey. He answered any questions quick and so I could understand too and was happy to pick up the phone .He made a part of house buying easy and stress free. The whole system was online also so you can track from start to finish. I would 100% use him again or recommend to anyone in need.

Can’t recommend enough. Very fast, flawless and I also had a phone call to ask questions regarding the report. They were very useful and friendly and in my opinion, well worth the money spent (which isn’t an actual fortune, just in case someone wonders). The whole process from initial conversations to quote to survey report was all completed within a week. This was so impressive. The level of detail within the report was equally impressive but the icing on the cake was the time and care given to walk us through the survey report. We spent a good 30/40 minutes discussing and answering questions. As first time buyers the guidance and advice was incredible.

My survey was done very promptly and to a high standard. Had a survey done on a different property and used different surveyors, I wished I had used Bennett Morgan from the get go!
